Design-Build Services - Landmark provides a full-service package to the owner, which includes proven expertise in design, scheduling, cost control and construction of the project.

General Contracting Services - Contracted by the owner to build the project by effectively managing time, materials and labour to ensure a job well done, on time and to the owner’s satisfaction.

Pre-construction Services - Includes architectural design, drawings and assistance with the acquisition of permits, site plan agreement and storm water management.

Tender Packages - Includes architectural design, engineered drawings and project specifications.

Project Management Services - Contracted by the owner to co-ordinate and plan the activities of outside resources and professionals from project inception to completion.
